Summary
The ACP Management Associate Programme is a rigorous 18 months exposure to the various aspect of development work, from the gathering of the technical requirements to the hands-on troubleshooting of bugs and suggestions of improvements to the User Experience (UX). Instructional Services.
- Preparation, delivery of lessons and courses, and assessment of the course participants, which includes grading of competency-based lessons and assessment plans created by the Authority.

Other Training Tasking.

General.
- Train the course participants to meet the specific training objectives, requirements and standards (by courses) as stipulated in both the current validation plans and lesson plans within the indicative durations. The Authority reserves the right to amend these specific requirements and standards as and when required.
Pedagogy.
- The IG shall conduct training using pedagogical approaches that align with Learner-centric Curriculum as espoused by the Company. More details shall be provided during the TTT package. These approaches are as follow:
- Learning Facilitators. Engender an active and learner-centric environment to engage course participants to develop self-motivated learning. By leveraging learning technologies, and hands-on activities, the trainer role shall be more of a learning facilitator than one of content deliverer to one of learning facilitator.
- Instructional and Learning Competencies.
Lesson Review.
- Update the lesson plans and presentation materials under their purview regularly to ensure the contents are up to date and aligned with the latest learning pedagogies defined by the Authority. The IG when adapting lesson plans shall conform to the Company’s requirements as stated in the most current training directive.
Test Standards.
- Responsible to administer competency based assessments provided by the Authority for the courses which include written assessment, and practical performance evaluations, etc. The Authority reserves the right to adjust the test standards from time to time based on operational requirements.
Safety.
- Ensure the safety of the course participants at all times and training is conducted in accordance to prevailing SAF Training Safety Regulations (TSR) and directives or instructions.
Facilities and Equipment Usage.
- Adhere to the current applicable documents of the Authority when requesting for the use of training facilities, equipment, and training areas for the conduct of the aforesaid training. The Authority shall provide the training facilities, equipment, and training areas for the conduct of the training services under this contract.
Job Requirement
- Minimally attained a Degree from local university or foreign universities of equal standing; OR
- Have at least five years of working experience in education and/or training subjected to Authority’s approval; and
- Cleared by Authority through interview and conduct mock lesson.

Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role: Diploma
Duration of Traineeship Offered: 9 months
Eligibility Criteria for SGUnitedTraineeships:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
a. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from polytechnics;
b. Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
